As a professional Korean dubbing company equipped with our own in-house recording studio, we often daydream about turning our daily work into a fun game. Recently, when we came across the game Choicer Voicer, we were beyond excited to see that the exact concept we had only imagined had actually come to life!
While we handle narration dubbing across a wide variety of industries, the largest share of our workload typically comes from animation and gaming projects. Looking at the countless games and animations we haven't worked on, we often find ourselves thinking: "If we and our partner voice actors tackled the Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese dubbing for these, it would look and sound amazing!"
Bringing Voice Actors to Life: The Power of Dubbing Challenge Videos
To turn this thought into action, we began inviting the voice actors visiting our studio to take on new character casting challenges. We filmed these sessions and later presented the videos to clients when pitching for relevant projects.
Watching these challenge videos—where the right video footage meets a carefully selected voice—highlights a voice actor's unique strengths far better than just listening to an audio reel. Not only have we received fantastic feedback on this approach, but it has also frequently led directly to successful casting opportunities.
Personally, we love watching Choicer Voicer content. Today, we want to introduce one of our most extensive dubbing challenges: the Overwatch Korean and English Dubbing Challenge. Since Overwatch already features official Korean voice acting, comparing the original version with our voice actors' fresh challenge interpretations makes the listening experience twice as fun!

With similar vibes and a touch of creative imagination, we also challenged our actors to craft entirely unique voice profiles.
